Europrofs respects the privacy of all visitors to our website, our clients and our freelance translators. We treat all personal data in confidence and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Purposes of data processing
We will process your data for the purposes of entering into and carrying out contracts for translation services and for managing the business relationships arising thereunder.
If you contact us by e-mail, we will store your data only for as long as necessary to deal with your request or as prescribed by law.
You are entitled to see your personal data stored within our database at any time in order to check that it is correct or relevant to the purpose. You may also instruct us to remove such data from our database, and we will respond immediately to such request provided that the law permits us to do so.
We will not disclose your data to any third party except to the extent necessary for carrying out the services you have purchased.  In such a case, we will only disclose such of that data as is necessary for our translators to be able to provide the requested service.
Once the statutory period for retaining personal data has expired or the data is no longer needed for the supply of our services – whichever is sooner – then we will destroy this data.
